1. General ProvisionsThis Privacy Policy describes our rules and procedures for collecting, using and disclosing your information when you use the Service (Sizial Vision app), and informs you about your rights regarding personal data in accordance with applicable law.

2. What data we collectSizial Vision processes camera image data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any images or personal data from your camera.

3. Camera DataAll image processing is performed locally on your device. Images are not saved, transmitted, or stored anywhere. The camera is only used for real-time head tracking while the app is active.

4. Accessibility ServiceThe Accessibility Service permission is used solely to provide cursor overlay and system-wide navigation capabilities. No data from this service is collected.

5. Data StorageNo user data is stored on our servers. All settings are saved locally on your device.

6. Third-party servicesThe app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

7. Deletion of dataSince no data is collected, there is nothing to delete. Uninstalling the app removes all local settings from your device.

9. Child Safety and Prohibited ContentSizial Vision does not allow users to create accounts, upload, publish, or share any content. The app processes camera data locally and does not transmit or store any user-generated content.
